Technical Highlights
1. High-Purity Potassium Carbonate System – Completely Eliminates Gel Clogging
• Technological Breakthrough: Both WQ-2206 and WQ-1105 abandon the low-purity traditional soda ash (containing ash, mud, fine sand, and other impurities) found in commercially available products, instead using refined K₂CO₃ as the main material.
• Customer Value: Fundamentally solves the industry problem of impurities combining with dry film debris and defoamers to form insoluble "gels." Perfectly avoids scale buildup on tank walls and clogging of pipeline filters and nozzles, ensuring continuous and stable production line operation.
2. Ultra-Long Tank Life and Anti-Scale Technology – Significantly Reduces Operating Costs
• Technological Breakthrough: Thanks to the high-purity formula and excellent hard water resistance, the tank life of this series of chemicals is more than twice that of traditional soda ash systems.
• Customer Value: Supports long-term replenishment and maintenance, significantly reducing tank replacement frequency and waste liquid disposal volume. Meanwhile, its superior anti-scale properties effectively reduce equipment maintenance costs and labor input.
3. Rapid and Stable Development and Residual Film Control – Improving Process Yield
• Technological Breakthrough:
• WQ-2206 is specially formulated with BASF nonionic surfactants, chemical purifiers, and developer neutralizers. While increasing development speed, it neutralizes unpolymerized photoresist, preventing it from re-adhering to the board surface.
• WQ-1105 provides extremely stable and efficient development speed.
• Customer Value: Fast and stable development speed effectively limits the accumulation of photoresist scum, significantly reducing the risk of scrap due to unclean development, perfectly meeting the high-precision development requirements of dry film and liquid green paint.
