Product Description

WQ-2206 developer is specifically developed for developing dry film and liquid green paint. In its formulation, fine K2CO3 is used as the main ingredient. It also incorporates BASF's nonionic surfactants, chemical purifiers, and developer neutralizers. This neutralizes unpolymerized photoresist remaining on the developing plates, preventing it from adhering to the plate surface and preventing further reaction of unpolymerized photoresist in the bath, thus avoiding routine maintenance problems. This results in faster development speed, prevents hard water scale formation, and extends the bath life by more than twice that of soda ash.
