Standing at a new historical starting point, Suzhou Weicher Electronics Co., Ltd. will continue to uphold its mission of "creating highly reliable manufacturing processes." Leveraging the collaborative efforts of its Suzhou headquarters, new factory in Jiangsu, and overseas base in Thailand, we will continue to deepen our expertise in core sectors such as PCB, semiconductor packaging, new energy electronics, and automotive electronics, striving to become the most trusted electronic chemicals partner for global customers.
2025 will be a landmark year in Wecher's development history, as the company officially launches its "China + Southeast Asia" dual-engine driven model:
Domestic production capacity expansion: The wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Weicher New Materials Co., Ltd., is established in the Zhongnan Gaoke Industrial Park in Wanzhi District, Jiangsu, with plans to build an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of electronic special materials (including metal etching liquids, copper surface cleaning agents, stripping liquids, etc.) to serve the PCB, semiconductor, and photovoltaic industries.
Overseas strategic base completion: In response to customer demands for overseas expansion and to layout a global supply chain, Weicher Electronics (Thailand) Company (Thai factory) is officially established.
Strategic significance: The establishment of the Thai factory marks Wecher's official entry into the international operation stage. This base will serve as a bridgehead for the Southeast Asian market, providing localized technical support and product supply to overseas customers, ensuring the resilience and security of the global supply chain.
Brand operation: In 2024, the company successfully registered its own trademark, and brand awareness was fully awakened. The business scope was further focused, Centering on R&D of special electronic materials and sales of components & dedicated equipment, we have gained professional recognition in niche sectors.
Qualification breakthrough: The company successfully obtained a hazardous chemicals business license (covering easily explosive and easily toxic chemicals), and has been recognized as an A-level taxpayer and a small and micro enterprise, with its compliance capabilities officially recognized.
Strategic transformation: In response to the upgrading trend of the domestic electronics industry, the company has transformed from a single trader to a technology-based enterprise integrating "R&D + sales + service." The business scope has expanded to the R&D and sales of electronic special materials, focusing on high-precision circuit boards and semiconductor fields.
Team expansion: A professional technical team has been established, with a steady increase in the number of insured employees, significantly enhancing R&D strength and technical service capabilities.
April 14: Suzhou Weicher Electronics Co., Ltd. was officially established. The company is rooted in Suzhou, a major hub of China's electronics manufacturing industry, initially focusing on the sales and service of PCB (printed circuit board) chemicals, establishing a customer-centric service concept.
2008-2014: In the initial stage, the company steadily built a complete supply chain system, accumulating rich industry experience and a broad customer base, laying a solid foundation for subsequent business transformation.
