WQ-1105
Chemical Solution Description
Traditional developers are generally based on the Na₂CO₃ system and are widely used. However, commercially available soda ash (Na₂CO₃) is not highly pure. These impurities consist of ash, mud, fine sand, or other insoluble minerals, which easily combine with dry film debris and defoamers in the developer to form insoluble gels, causing blockages in the tank walls, pipe filters, and nozzles. They may also remain on the plate surface, resulting in unclean development and causing many problems.
WQ-1105 is specifically developed for developing dry film and liquid green paint. In its formulation, it uses refined K₂CO₃ as the main material, extending the tank life by more than twice that of traditional soda ash.
Features
• Impurity-free, reducing potential factors for unclean development
• High efficiency, fast and stable development speed
• Long bath life, replenishable, greatly reducing bath change frequency and saving labor costs
• Suitable for dry film and liquid green paint, preventing hard water and scale formation
